How the Process works

Stage One – The Inventory

After collecting the keys to the property, one of our professional clerks will produce a thorough, legally binding report on the condition and contents of the property and any gardens/outbuildings etc at the start of the tenancy. Photographic evidence is also embedded into the report at no extra cost. The report can then be e mailed to the Landlord/Representative for both Tenant and Landlord to sign, or retained by ourselves until the check-in process.
